Introduction
The Conveyors are used in horizontal conditions and operating at
relatively slow speeds. They are generally used to move items that
are not typically conveyable on rollers or belts, due to an
irregular shape or bottom condition. They can also be used in
assembly operations by modifying the slats to accommodate assembly
fixtures.

Application
Widely used in food, canned food, medicines, beverages, cosmetics
and cleaning products, paper products, condiments, dairy and
tobacco and other automatic transmission, distribution, and
transportation connections after-packaging.
Working Principle
There are internal frictional forces and internal pressures between
the particles of the bulk material.
They are subjected to the pulling force in the same direction as
the movement caused by the movement of the conveyor chain in the
slot of the chain conveyor, so that the internal friction and
internal pressure between the bulk materials Increase, when the
internal friction is greater than the friction between the material
and the groove wall, the material moves forward under the
conveyance chain.
When the ratio of the height of the layer to the width of the
groove meets certain conditions, the flow is stable. The material
rate is approximately equal to the chain speed.
