Features
1. The coulter group shaft consists of the coulter, coulter arm and
spindle, with the coulter arm installed on the spindle as the HALF
structure for easy removal.
2. The fly cutter group consists of many fly cutters, which are
driven by the vice motor and installed in the lateral side of the
cylinder. In order to prevent dust entering the bearing, the fly
cutter shaft uses multi-layer sealed structure.
3. The spray device is fixed on the circumference of the cylinder
and uses the agricultural spray nozzle, whose spraying effect is
good.

The Coulter Mixing Machine is widely applicable to solid-solid
mixing (power-powder), solid-liquid mixing (powder plus a limited
amount of liquid), as well as composite process like wet
granulating and drying in chemical industry, medicine, friction

Working Principle
Agglomerating materials, such as fiber or powder with moisture or
condensation, can be broken up and separated by using high-speed
flying knife installed in the plough blade mixer and the convection
and circulation effect formed when the plough blade mixer mixes the
materials.
The high speed flying knife is installed at a 45 degree Angle under
the side of the mixing barrel of the plough knife mixer, and the
cutting head is extended into the barrel. During stirring, the
material is driven to the effective range of the flying knife by
the plough knife, and is subject to the high speed shearing of the
flying knife.
