Function Diagram
Description
1. When placing sieves, stack them in accordance with the size of
sieves and add another sieves chassis.
2. Pour the materials to be sifted and tested into the sieve on the
top layer, cover the sieve cover and put it into the sieve seat of
the pendulum.
3. Reverse rotate the bakelite handle on the clamping screen plate,
slide the whole clamping screen plate down on the set of screen,
and then rotate the bakelite handle on the clamping screen plate
clockwise, the push rod shaft inside clamps the socket, tighten the
whole set of sample screening.
4. Set the timer knob on the pendulum to the time required for
screening, turn on the power switch, and the pendulum will start
the screening operation.
5. When the timer reaches the position of predetermined time, the
pendulum will stop working automatically.
6. Rotate the bakelite handle on the clamping screen plate
counterclockwise to loosen the central screen plate and lift it up,
fix it on the sliding sleeve, and remove the sample screen.
In turn, the remaining particles in each sieve to be analyzed
should be weighed to the analysis ratio with a balance.
7. If there is no up or down vibration during the first operation,
because the motor is inverted, please change the power cord head.
8. At the end of please turn off the power at the end of the work.
Characteristics

Notes for Use
1. Lubricate before use and wipe clean after use.
2. It is not allowed to demolish, modify or disassemble the product
at will. If it is necessary to develop new functions or renovate or
update the product, it shall be implemented according to the
hierarchical management authority and the approval procedures shall
be fulfilled.
3. Carry out frequent maintenance of the equipment, and store it in
a dry and ventilated place. If the equipment stays in use for too
long, it should be switched on regularly to prevent damp and mildew
from damaging the parts and components of the equipment.
Working Principle
The machine has an electric motor through the transmission shaft,
turbine to drive the swing frame of the main eccentric shaft
rotation. Thus, it even drives the other two eccentric axes to
rotate so that the swing of the whole sieve group can get the
radius, which is also equal to the swing around the plane of
eccentricity.
